1. Sr.Customer Agent

• Qualifications: 10th, 12th, Diploma, B.Tech, MBA, Graduate, from a recognised university. Or Relevant Qualification.

• Pay Scale:Rs. 17890/- Par Month.

2. Customer Agent

• Qualifications: 10th, 12th, Diploma, B.Tech, MBA, Graduate, from a recognised university. Or Relevant Qualification.

• Pay Scale:Rs. 17790/- Par Month

3. Jr.Customer Agent

• Qualifications: 10th, 12th, Diploma, B.Tech, MBA, Graduate, from a recognised university. Or Relevant Qualification.

• Pay Scale:Rs. 15190/- Par Month  

Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in the written Test and Personal Interview.
