FACILITIES AND MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE COMPANY, L.L.C

FMM is a joint business venture between Qatar Airways and Ferrovial Services. Formed in 2013 to deliver facility management and maintenance services to Hamad International Airport and other top projects in Qatar. FMM now employee more than 4000 staffs.

Ferrovial Services, through its subsidiary FMM, is responsible for the airport’s facilities management, including the passenger terminal complex, the halls, the airport hotel, shops, VIP areas, catering building and access roads.

Given its commitment to ongoing improvement, FMM requested the support of the Centre of Excellence for Infrastructure to identify the factors having the greatest impact on incident solving times and thus on the fulfillment of levels of services required.

MAINTENANCE & HOUSEKEEPING EMPLOYEES FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS IN QATAR

Location - FMM OFFICE - 4TH FLOOR, AL SHARIF TOWER, IBN IRWA STREET, AL KHULAIFAT (OPPOSITE TOYOTA SIGNAL NEXT TO KEO INTERNATIONAL OFFICE, C RING ROAD)

Experience in working at Airport/ Museum/ similar facility is an advantage.

Candidates already working for more than 1 year with valid Qatar ID, NOC and transferable visa can apply

Technicians: Minimum 3 years of experience with trade Diploma.

• Technicians (BMS/FPE/Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Civil/Generator/HVAC/

• Civil- Painters (Epoxy)/Plumbers/Finishing Carpenters/Helpers/Handyman

• HSEQ Officer

• Loss Prevention officer

• Equipment Operators /Drivers (Heavy & Light) 

• Technical Officer-Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/LOTO/FPE/Auto Cad (Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Engineering Degree in respective field.)

ENGINEERS & MANAGERS: (Minimum 8 years of experience, with Qatar Recognized University Engineering Degree in respective field.)

• Electrical Engineer- Kahramaa certification is required

• BMS Engineer Mechanical Engineer- HVAC

• Mechanical engineer specializing in Industrial Laundry Equipment- like Warewash, Houbart And ENVAC

• Civil engineer- UPDA Certified

• Electronics Engineer

• Food Production Equipment Engineer

• Administration Manager- to support the Cleaning team at the HIA

• Custodial/Cleaning Manager- BICS Certified with experience in Airport Operations

CLEANING SUPERVISORS & EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPERS ( Experience in Airport/ 5 star hotels/Facility Management Company is mandatory. Diploma in Hotel Management is an advantage.Excellent knowledge of cleaning machines, chemicals, color coding, PH values, cross contamination,MSDS & COSHH.)
