Nationality: Philippines (Preferably female candidate with husband’s sponsorship only)

Candidate need to presentable looking and must speak fluent English.

The below shall be the responsibilities

• General Administration- Service department

• Flexibility – Able to mingle with colleagues of multiple nationalities

• Organize and maintain systematic filing of documents

• Customer Relations / Communication

• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, orders & deliveries.

• Attends to inquiries concerned in the office

• Previous experience on above mentioned job specifications

• Good Knowledge in Microsoft office applications

• Report Preparations - Keeps managers informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.

• Respond promptly to the instructions received from the Head of the Department and support managing work load.
