FACILITIES AND MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE COMPANY, L.L.C

FMM is a joint business venture between Qatar Airways and Ferrovial Services. Formed in 2013 to deliver facility management and maintenance services to Hamad International Airport and other top projects in Qatar. FMM now employee more than 4000 staffs.



Ferrovial Services, through its subsidiary FMM, is responsible for the airport’s facilities management, including the passenger terminal complex, the halls, the airport hotel, shops, VIP areas, catering building and access roads.


Given its commitment to ongoing improvement, FMM requested the support of the Centre of Excellence for Infrastructure to identify the factors having the greatest impact on incident solving times and thus on the fulfillment of levels of services required.

Candidates already working for more than 1 year with valid Qatar ID, NOC and transferable visa can apply

VACANCIES

JANITORS/ CLEANERS: Good English communication skills & Cleaning experience

• General Cleaning
• High Access/ High rise Cleaning
• Rope Access Cleaning (IRATA Certification Level 1)

AREA SUPERVISORS: Minimum 5 years of experience in Housekeeping. Airport/ Facilities Management experience is an advantage.

DUTY/LOUNGE MANAGER

(Minimum 8 years of experience (experience from

Airport/ five-star hotels or hospitals/ Malls/ facilities management company (Airport

experience is an advantage), Diploma /Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel/Hospitality management,

Should possess excellent knowledge in cleaning chemicals, pads and machines, color

coding, cross contamination, safety & hygiene, PPEs, MSDS & COSHH etc., BICS training,

Chemical & Machine handling, Supervisor skill training etc. are advantages, Excellent

Supervisory skills, leadership qualities and communication skills.

HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISORS

• Minimum 3 years of experience must be holding valid Qatar driving License.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS : Minimum 5 years of experience with trade Diploma.

• Electrical

• Electronics

TECHNICAL OFFICERS: Minimum 5 years of experience with Degree/Diploma, must be holding valid Qatar driving License.
