How to face a difficult situation?
Transformation and Determination to live.
Most of us will face difficult situation at
some point of life, in my contact there are lot of people who are facing some tough
situations right now, here we are going to discuss about how to face a
situation and to overcome problems in life. No matter how hard they might seem
at that moment.
First of all, we have to understand that in
life problems are not permanent there will be ups and downs. People who focus
on positive are more successful in their life, difficult situation will never
pull them down. Do not get upset with people or situation, both are powerless without
our reaction. Life is a gift given to us by our creator.
“I
would like to tell you one inspiring story of eagle, this story that has
circulated widely on the social media since years, it is a story of
transformation and determination to live. The wide appeal of this story speaks
to the eagle's extraordinary power to captivate and inspire human beings. While
this story is inspiring and may offer us a way to reflect on our own life
journey, the story is just a story. It is not accurate biologically.
Eagles
life span is between 20-30 years in the wild but it can live up to 70 years. To
reach this age the eagle must make a hard decision. In its 40’s its long and
flexible talons can no longer grab prey which. Its long and sharp beak becomes
bent. An eagle’s beak is hooked to rip and tear its food. No eagle can survive
without a beak or talons.
Its
old-aged and heavy wings with thick feathers, become stuck to its’ chest and
makes it difficult to fly.
Then
the eagle is left with only two options: DIE or go through a painful transformation
which lasts 150 days, the process requires that the eagle fly to a mountain top
and sit on its nest. There the eagle knocks its’ beak against a rock until it
plucks it out, Then the eagle will wait for new beak to grow back (Made of
keratin – like human finger nails)
“…and
then it plucks out its talons” (Also made of keratin – like human finger nails)
these processes are very painful. NO eagle can survive without a beak or
talons.
When
its new talons grow back, the eagle starts plucking its’ old-aged feathers,
Feathers are replaced throughout an eagle’s life. The process is called
molting. An eagle does not lose all of its feathers at one time. It is a
gradual process, continually renewing the feathers.
And after five months, the eagle takes its’ famous flight of rebirth and lives for 30 more years, Again they just don’t live that long. But fight for rebirth”?
Many times, in order to survive we have to start a transforming process. We sometimes need to get rid of old memories, habits and many things. Get freed from our past burdens then only we can take advantage of our present and then to future.
Some techniques will be useful in dealing
with tough situations, which can help you feel stronger and more hopeful.
1) Stay positive
2) Accept what's
happened regardless of how you feel about it. The sooner you accept it, the sooner you can act from where you are, which is the only way to change how you
feel.
3) Connect with
others (Sometimes some basic help can make a big difference).
4) Ask yourself
whether it is as big a problem as it seems
5) Get engaged in
physical activity.
7) Say this ‘Life
does not give me situations I cannot handle.’
8) “This is not the
end, life has to move on” always keep in mind.
9) Plan a trip or
something to look forward to.
10) Help others.
11) Get enough sleep.
12) “Get strong” in
every problem you face.
13) Don't be afraid to ask for advice. No one knows
everything. Get emotional support. Crying, sharing your frustrations or
otherwise venting can release tension, relief stress and help you move on.Consider getting professional help if you need it.
