Qatar Railways Company, commonly known as Qatar Rail, is a state-owned railway company, responsible for rail transport in Qatar. It is owned and operated by the Government of Qatar. Established in 2011,the company is responsible for the design, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance of the entire rail network and systems, and will manage Qatar's rail network once operational.

1) CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

Minimum 1 year experience , age 21-28 years Male/Female

2) CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADERS

Minimum 3-5 years experience , age 27-35 years Male/Female

3) STATION MASTERS / DUTY MANAGERS 

Minimum 5 years experience, age 27-35 years Male/Female

4) REVENUE PROTECTION OFFICER/TICKET INSPECTORS

Minimum 2 years experience in ticket checking ,crowd control duties, passenger safety policies. age 25-30 years  Male/Female

5) TRAM DRIVERS

Minimum 2 years experience as TRAM,TRAIN, METRO DRIVER. age 25-35 Male/Female.


All candidates should have minimum Diploma/Degree with experience in customer service/Guest Relation in Metro,Monorail,Leading Airports , 5* Hotels,Shopping Malls, Cinema Multiplexes, Retail Industry,Cruise Ship,Leading Hospital Chains etc & must have excellent comprehensive English skills and personality.

(Candidates currently working in RATP & KEOLIS in Mumbai & Hyderabad are not eligible to apply).
