1) CIVIL ENGINEER - STRUCTURAL

• Has a Bachelor Degree in civil Engineering
• UPDA registered engineers are highly preferable
• 5-10 years of work experience in site executive execution handling building construction projects

2) ARCHITECT

• Has a Bachelor Degree in Architecture
• UPDA registered engineers are highly preferable
• 5-7 years of work experience in site executive execution handling building construction projects

3) ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN

• Has a Diploma in Architecture or Civil
• 5-7 years of work experience in site executive execution handling building construction projects

4) SCAFFOLDING SUPERVISOR

• Has a valid scaffolding supervisor certificate
• 7-10 years of work experience in the same position

5) JUNIOR HSE OFFICER

• Has a Bachelor Degree or Diploma
• With IOSH or NEBOSH certificate
• 4-5 years of work experience in the same position

6) ELECTRICAL SITE ENGINEER 

• Has a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
• UPDA registered engineers are highly preferable
• 5-7 years of work experience in site executive execution handling building construction projects

7) DESIGN ENGINEER - MECHANICAL

• Has a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5-7 years of work experience in mechanical design handling building construction projects

8) INTERIOR DRAFTSMAN

• With Diploma in Architectural or Civil Engineering
• 5-7 years of work experience in the same position handling building construction projects

9) FOREMAN – ELECTRICAL

• Has a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related course
• 7-10 years of work experience in the same position
• Knowledge in power and ELV systems,KAHRAMAA inspection & procedures and QCDD inspection & procedures

10) WATERPROOFING SUPERVISOR

• Has a Valid waterproofing related certificate 
• 7-10 years of work experience in the same position 

11) LAND & BUILDING SURVEYOR

• Has a Diploma in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying  
• 7-10 years of work experience in the same position 

12) STOREKEEPERS 

• Has a Bachelor Degree or Diploma 
• 5-7 years of work experience in the same position with good exposure in civil and MEP materials
• Has experience in ERP and/or MS Excel

MUST HAVE NOC AND TRANSFERABLE VISA
