QATAR DESIGN CONSORTIUM (QDC)

QDC Is a leading Consultancy Firm offering high quality services in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management / Supervision and Management Consultancy

They require suitable candidates having good experience for the following posts for our Project Management Department:

1. CIVIL / MECHANICAL / ELECTRICAL (SR. ENGINEERS/ ENGINEERS)

• Graduate in Engineering Degree with minimum 12-15 years of post-qualification experience in Project Management / Construction Management / Construction Supervision of Building works, Steel Structures, High Rise Buildings, Sports Facilities, Infrastructures, Rail Projects and Fit-out Works.
• Candidates must also have at least 3 years experience projects in GCC in an internationally renowned company.
• Candidates with valid accreditation from MMUP / UPDA is mandatory, Grade A preferable

2. QUANTITY SURVEYOR

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering with minimum 12 years of post qualification experience in Project Management / Construction Management / Construction Supervision & preferably with minimum 3 years experience in GCC in an internationally renowned company.
• Candidates with valid accreditation from MMUP / UPDA is preferable.

3. PLANNING ENGINEER

• Degree in Civil Engineering discipline with certification in Planning and Scheduling of Projects using latest Primavera Contracts Management / Primavera 6 v.8.4 or v.15 applications with minimum 12 years of Building Project experience in planning, scheduling and cost engineering preferably with minimum 3 years experience in GCC in an internationally renowned company

4. CONTRACTS MANAGER

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years of post graduate experience in Management, Preparation and Execution of Consultancy / Construction Contracts. Thorough knowledge of Qatar Conditions of Contract, FIDIC and Local Laws pertaining to Consultancy / Construction Contracts.
• Native Arabic Speakers only and MMUP / UPDA accreditation preferable
