COMO FMS formed in August 2002. An established Qatari Company currently manages Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects. It specializes in the field of support and maintenance services, providing expertise, management, distribution and logistics supports to renowned multinational clients.
FM delivery model is based on leading industry standards from the UK, for building maintenance SFG 20 and for cleaning, the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) standards.
Hiring locally available candidates with transferable visa for the following positions:
- FACILITIES MANAGER (Healthcare) Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 15 years’ experience with at least 5 years in the Healthcare sector
- MAINTENANCE ENGINEERS AND SUPERVISORS (Degree qualified & minimum 10 years’ experience with at least 5 years in the HEALTHCARE sector is essential):
- MECHANICAL ENGINEER
- ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
- CIVIL ENGINEER
- CIVIL SUPERVISOR
- ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR
- HSE OFFICER: Degree or Diploma in any related course. NEBOSH IGC is required with minimum 8 years’ experience.
- MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS (Diploma/ITI & minimum 5 years HEALTHCARE experience is essential):
- ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN
- HVAC TECHNICIAN
- ELV TECHNICIAN
- CARPENTER
- MASON
- MECHANICAL FITTER
- BOILER PLANT OPERATOR
