In-country Hire
1) Project Manager – MEP Engineer
2) Facilities Engineer – MEP Engineer
3) HVAC Supervisor
4) HVAC Technician
5) Chiller Technician
6) Maintenance Electrician
7) ELV Technician
8) Document Controller– Arabic Speaking
Selection Criteria for the above vacancies:
- ITI / Diploma into AC / Refrigerator / Chiller maintenance from reputed / certified Government Institute is must
- Candidates must have experience in Operations, Maintenance and Repairs of Central plants, Air cooled screw type liquid chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Chilled Water System, Package, Split Units, Industrial Type Split, VRV
- Must have 3-4 years of experience in maintenance / FM within GCC
- Conversational English speaking is must
- Candidates locally available with Valid QID / Transferable Visa can apply with Resumes and Certificate for immediate shortlisting.
9) Beach Facility Manager (Arabic Nationality)
- 5 to 7 years experience as Facility Manager preferably in Resort/ Hotel or -Beach Operations in the GCC.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Knowledge in HSE, First Aid, and Procurement.
- Familiarity with beach services ordinances, regulations, and standards.
- Proficient in both Hard and Soft services
10) Technical Civil Manager (Arabic Nationality)
- 15 years of total experience, with a minimum of five years in Qatar/GCC countries.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture.
- Minimum five years of maintenance experience.
- MMUP UPDA certification is an added advantage.
- Able to join immediately and must possess a valid QID
11) Fire Alarm Fire Fighting Supervisor
- Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
- With 5 years of experience in GCC countries.
12) Chiller Technician cum Supervisor
13) AC / HVAC Technician
14) Maintenance Electricians
16) ELV Supervisors
Requirements:
- Have minimum of five (5) years extensive experience with at least 2-3 years’ experience in GCC in Maintenance Industry.
- Be locally available in Qatar with Valid QID and transferable visa / NOC
