JOB VACANCIES
1. Job Position : Customer Service (Freight Forwarding)
Job Location : Doha, Qatar.
Job Type : Full Time / Permanent
Job Requirements:
- Should have 5+ years experience in Freight Forwarding in customer service role.
- Should have thorough knowledge in Airfreight, Ocean Freight, Land Freight products with understanding of basic operations and customs formalities to be able to give prompt updates to customers. Should be aware of Incoterms 2020, have thorough geographical knowledge in terms of global airport, seaports, trade routes of major shipping lines, gateway airports, information about various airlines operating in and around the world especially Europe, USA, Far East, South East Asia, Middle East.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with experience in MS Office. Master’s degree in supply chain / logistics will be preferred.
- Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, have a positive attitude, be patient and attentive to customer’s requirements, follow procedures and policies.
2. Job Position : Freight Tender Specialist (Projects and Freight Forwarding)
Job Location : Doha, Qatar.
Job Type : Full Time / Permanent
Job Requirements:
- Min 5-7 years experience in Freight Forwarding Pricing role with thorough knowledge of Airfreight, Ocean Freight, Overland, Heavy lifts.
- Should have 5+ years in a Tender Pricing position with hands on experience in pre and post requisites of a tender.
- Market knowledge with analytical skills to analyze competitiveness of prices procured and negotiate wherever required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with advanced excel skills. Master’s degree in finance/ business administration/ supply chain will be preferred.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
